Hello! As a project manager, I find satisfaction in seeing a project come to fruition, from its beginnings and conception to its complete realization.
Knowing how to draw a guideline, plan, adapt, achieve objectives, understand and respond to needs, all these are the missions of my job that I am constantly trying to accomplish with efficiency. To do this, it is important to know how to communicate, to organize, and especially to stay well hydrated!
At Advency, I have been able to find a work environment where the human element and ethics are at the forefront, which is a privilege. This approach allows me to communicate with my co-workers with absolute trust and to gain flexibility, facing all challenges within a close-knit team.
Having previously worked in sales, team management, marketing, and now project management, I am looking forward to what's next for me at Advency!
